Vaccines

​All animals must have their bordetella and be on a flea/tick preventative medication at least two weeks prior to boarding with us. We require all animals to be up to date on the following vaccines:

Rabies
Bordetella
​Distemper
FVRCP (Cats)

Temperment

If your dog will be participating in dog daycare, they must be non aggressive to people and dogs and have socialized with other dogs previously.​

If your dog will be participating in solo dog daycare, please put any triggers and information  in the behavior section of your dogs profile. 

Prior to Arrival

To ensure a smooth boarding experience at Lamoille Kennels, we kindly ask that you review the following policies:

Vaccination Records
We must receive a copy of your pet’s vaccination records prior to their stay.

Required Paperwork
 All paperwork, including our boarding contract, must be completed and signed before your pet can board with us.

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve a space for your pet.

Cancellation Policy
Due to limited availability and high demand, we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay to secure a reservation. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable two weeks prior to stay. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled drop-off may be subject to full payment of the reservation.

Payment
A card must be left on file when boarding your animals with us. You can put a card on file through your portal account.

The remaining balance of your reservation is due at the end of your pet’s stay and can be paid via cash, check, or credit card. Please note that a $25 fee will apply for any returned checks.

What to Bring

• Food- Please transfer only the approximate amount of food your pet will need for their stay into a container or smaller bag. Do not bring your pets entire dog food bag for their stay if they will not be using the entire bag, as we are limited on storage space. 
• Medication
• Your dog should arrive with a flat buckle collar and on leash. 

What not to Bring

• High Value Toys
• Beds/blankets​

​We cannot guarantee the safe return of the items listed above if they are brought. Due to limited storage space and our daily laundry routines, personal items may become misplaced, damaged, or left behind.

To board your pets at Lamoille Kennels you must complete our registration forms.  You can do this by creating a profile for yourself and each of your animals on our portal.
